We have already got the 4th type of certificate from the internationally recognized authority DNV GL - Business Assurance in the field of accreditation of management systems in companies.
This time in the field of service management system according to the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018. Certificate confirms the high standard and level of services provided to our customers, as well as the management of related business processes.
Implementation of certificate is focused on the following areas:
- Managers’ achievements - systematic approach to the management of services in frame organization
- Improvement quality - definition of standards of provided services, monitoring compliance and improvement of customer access
- Economic benefits - increasing efficiency of processes within service management
- Business and marketing benefits - increasing competitiveness and credibility for the customer

Obtaining a certificate is a stepping stone to continuous improvement. The prerequisite for its maintenance is the regular and successful completion of independent, external audits of management systems. Every year, according to demanding criteria, we demonstrate compliance and increasing level of quality management according to the ISO 9001:2015, environmental responsibility the ISO 14001:2015, services provided the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and information security the ISO 27001:2013.
