XMatik®/WMS supports the management of trade, operation, and maintenance of railway wagons. It provides information on the technical parameters of the wagons, their current position on the map, speed, distance traveled, and operational events.
About product
Display of position and operating status
Online display of location of wagons on the map in the home country and abroad, immediate information about the operating status. An overview of speed and distance traveled and events such as loading the wagon, adding of wagon to the locomotive or sending it for repair.
History
Display of the route of the selected wagon in the selected interval with calculation of the distance traveled and display of the history of wagon parameters. Color indication of the alarm status directly on the map.
Monitoring of movement and mileage
Comparison of planned and actual time of passing the wagon through checkpoints, evaluation of planned and actual distance and efficiency of wagons. Warning for long-term standing wagons. Notification of the arrival of the wagon in the selected area.
Damage tracking
Monitoring of the force of collisions with the help of a measuring device installed in the car, assessment of limits and warning in case of impacts that could cause damage to the car. Color indication of the alarm status directly on the map.
Preventive maintenance
Information on the need to send wagons for preventive maintenance, monitoring the duration of wagons in operation and warning of exceeding the permissible value.
